Value profiling
Capital Works Management Framework, Guidance Note, Glossary, Published by the Government of Ireland Department of Finance in 2009 suggests that value profiling: ‘…is a technique for defining how the Client defines value and of prioritising key value drivers based on the Client’s preferences. This enables the Client and the project team to make informed value-based decisions.’
